Acupuncture Therapy 🔗 [WIX LINK → /acupuncture-therapy]
One of the cornerstones of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture involves the precise placement of fine, sterile needles at specific points on the body to stimulate the body's natural healing response. Our practitioners specialise in pain management, musculoskeletal conditions, and internal medicine.

Our Core Therapies

Tui Na Medical Massage 🔗 [WIX LINK → /tui-na]
Tui Na is a therapeutic form of Chinese medical massage that works along the body's meridian channels to release blockages, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation. Unlike relaxation massage, Tui Na is a clinical treatment — our lead practitioner Winton Hui previously served as a Tui Na specialist at Tung Wah Eastern Hospital in Hong Kong. Ideal for: soft tissue injuries, joint pain, cervical and lumbar disorders, and post-operative recovery.

Chinese Bone Setting (Manipulation) 🔗 [WIX LINK → /bone-setting]
Chinese bone setting (Zheng Gu) is a specialised manual therapy used to realign joints, release muscular tension, and restore proper movement to the spine and limbs. Our practitioners are trained in orthopaedic TCM techniques and work with patients experiencing restricted movement, joint swelling, and complex spinal conditions. Suitable for: spinal disorders, joint misalignment, sports injuries, and restricted range of motion.

Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation 🔗 [WIX LINK → /herbal-medicine]
Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation 🔗 [WIX LINK → /herbal-medicine]
Our herbal medicine consultations involve a full TCM diagnostic assessment — including tongue and pulse diagnosis — followed by a bespoke herbal prescription tailored to your constitution and condition. Our practitioners hold Master's degrees in Chinese Medicine from CUHK and have extensive experience treating skin conditions, gynaecological disorders, digestive issues, and immune health. We prescribe only from rigorously sourced, high-quality herbal dispensaries.

Integrated Pain Management
For patients with complex or chronic pain conditions, we offer an integrated approach combining acupuncture, Tui Na, and herbal medicine into one coordinated treatment plan. This multi-modal approach is especially effective for patients who have not found relief through conventional medicine alone. Conditions treated include: fibromyalgia, chronic lower back pain, nerve pain, and post-surgical recovery.
